The Office of the State Superintendent of Education's (OSSE) Higher Education Financial Services (HEFS) provides a variety of resources to help you find financial aid to pursue higher education at a college or university. You may use the online DC OneApp to apply for all the District of Columbia's higher education grants, listed below. To learn the grant(s)  criteria, select the grant(s) you are interested in applying for.
